Mwanatsa Masona( Associate )

Mwanatsa is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB- Honors) from the University of Limpopo, South Africa.  She served her articles of clerkship in the commercial and litigation department in a law firm in Johannesburg prior to joining our team. Mwanatsa is a part of the Mining, Energy and Infrastructure Department with a keen interest in project financing. She has been involved in several energy transactions, in the development of various solar power plants across the country and has gained vast exposure to the negotiation of power purchase agreements, tariff negotiation, energy licensing processes, project finance among other aspects of power project development. She has also been involved in various mining transactions in the country.
