Beatrice Moyo( Associate )

Beatrice is currently an associate partner in the firm. She is the holder of an LLB Honors Degree – cum laude from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal and a Masters in Commercial Law – with distinction from the University of Cape Town. She is a part of the Litigation, Banking and Financial Services Department. She has experience in business rescue and insolvency law, corporate finance, corporate governance, general commercial law, and commercial litigation. She has advised several clients in capital raising, and has structured and negotiated a wide range of multifaceted finance transactions. She has been involved in mergers, acquisitions and privatization of various entities in the country. Her clients range from financial institutions, capital markets participants and major borrowers.
