CONVEYANCING, SECURITIES & PROPERTY LAW DEPARTMENT

This department is headed by Ms. I V Pasi. Under this department, we offer the following services;

• Property law advisory services including due diligence, verifications and litigation in respect of property rights.
• Conveyancing, bond registrations and cancellation.
• Registration of all forms of encumbrances over movable and immovable property in the deeds registry.
